WHO WE ARE?

The anti-corrosion coating for seamless steel pipes is applied through a strictly controlled surface preparation and coating process to ensure long-term protection against corrosion in harsh service environments. The pipes undergo thorough inspection, end preparation, and abrasive blasting to achieve the required surface cleanliness and roughness. Based on project requirements, advanced coating systems such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE), 2-layer or 3-layer Polyethylene (2LPE / 3LPE), Polypropylene (3LPP), or liquid epoxy coatings are applied.

Each coating layer is precisely controlled in terms of thickness and adhesion, followed by curing and comprehensive inspection including thickness measurement, holiday detection, and adhesion testing. This coating system provides excellent resistance to soil stress, moisture, chemicals, and mechanical damage, making it suitable for oil & gas pipelines, water transmission, offshore structures, and industrial piping systems.
