Description
Casing and Tubing are essential steel pipes used in oil and gas wells to support wellbore stability, protect drilled formations, and ensure the safe and efficient extraction of hydrocarbons. Manufactured according to API 5CT standards, these pipes provide high strength, excellent collapse resistance, superior internal pressure capacity, and reliable performance in deep wells, high-pressure zones, and corrosive environments.
Casing is used to line the wellbore during drilling, while tubing is installed inside the casing to transport oil, gas, and fluids to the surface. Our products are available with various API and premium thread connections including BTC, LTC, STC, and proprietary designs. Advanced heat treatment ensures uniform hardness, structural stability, and improved resistance to sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC).
All pipes undergo rigorous NDT and mechanical tests including impact, tensile, hydrostatic, drift, and visual inspections to ensure compliance with international OCTG quality requirements.
Casing is installed in drilled wells to maintain well integrity, prevent collapse, isolate formations, and support cementing operations. Tubing transports hydrocarbons from the reservoir to the surface. API 5CT grades differ in yield strength, collapse pressure, and corrosion resistance. Higher grades like L80, T95, and P110 are suitable for deeper wells and sour environments. Premium threads offer improved sealing performance in high-pressure zones and deviated wells.
All pipes are manufactured through hot-rolled seamless production and processed with advanced heat treatment to achieve controlled hardness, microstructure uniformity, and enhanced mechanical properties. Every joint of OCTG undergoes dimensional inspection, drift test, hydrostatic test, and thread gauging to meet strict API standards.
