Our hot-dip galvanizing service adopts a standardized and strictly controlled production process to provide long-lasting corrosion protection for steel products. The steel materials are first subjected to surface preparation processes including degreasing, pickling, and fluxing to ensure complete removal of oil, rust, and oxide scale. After proper drying, the materials are fully immersed in molten zinc at a controlled temperature, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer metallurgically bonded to the steel substrate, followed by a pure zinc outer layer.
This process ensures excellent coating adhesion, uniform thickness, and superior resistance to atmospheric and industrial corrosion. Final treatments such as passivation and comprehensive inspection are applied to enhance durability and surface stability. The galvanizing service is suitable for steel pipes, structural sections, plates, and fabricated components used in infrastructure, energy, marine, and industrial applications.
