Description
Line Pipe is a high-performance steel pipe used for long-distance transportation of oil, natural gas, water and other fluids. Our line pipes are manufactured according to API 5L, GB/T, and EN standards, ensuring excellent mechanical strength, high toughness, and superior resistance to pressure, corrosion, and low temperatures.
With advanced seamless and ERW production lines, all pipes undergo strict dimensional control, hydrostatic testing, and 100% NDT inspection as required by PSL1/PSL2 specifications. Coating options such as FBE, 3PE, and 3LPP are available to enhance corrosion resistance for harsh environments including offshore and desert conditions.
Line Pipe is widely used in pipeline networks for oil & gas transmission, refinery projects, urban construction, and industrial infrastructure. We provide customized dimensions, steel grades, and surface treatments to meet project-specific requirements.
Line Pipes are designed for high-pressure fluid transmission systems and engineered to ensure excellent mechanical properties, weldability, and reliability under harsh working conditions. Depending on project requirements, pipes can be manufactured by seamless hot rolling or welded processes (ERW, LSAW, SSAW). Strict quality control is implemented through chemical analysis, mechanical testing, Charpy impact tests, and NDT inspections to guarantee consistent performance. Available coatings provide long-term protection against corrosion, soil stress, and environmental impacts.
