Customer Visit Strengthens Cooperation and Deepens Understanding of Steel Pipe Manufacturing Capabilities

A delegation of five customers from Malaysia and Taiwan visited our company and related manufacturing facilities from July 15 to July 17, 2026. The visit aimed to enhance mutual understanding, review existing cooperation progress, and explore further cooperation opportunities in steel pipe supply and related applications.

During the visit to Shandong Panjin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. , the customers held in-depth discussions with our technical, quality control, and production teams regarding product requirements, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems. Following the meeting, the delegation toured the hot rolling and hot expansion production lines, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our production capabilities, process control, and manufacturing advantages.

The customers then visited Huayuan Chengda Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. , where they communicated with the management team and learned more about small-diameter seamless steel pipe production. During the factory tour, they inspected the small-diameter hot rolling production line and the upcoming cold drawing production line, gaining insights into our expanding product capabilities and precision pipe manufacturing plans. In the afternoon, the delegation visited our processing workshop to conduct on-site inspections of previously supplied products, focusing on quality, dimensions, packaging, and other details to ensure smooth project execution.

On the final day, the delegation visited TPCO Steel Pipe to learn more about large-diameter steel pipe manufacturing processes and production technologies. This visit further expanded the customers’ understanding of different steel pipe production capabilities and provided a valuable foundation for future cooperation in broader product categories.

Through this three-day visit, the customers gained a deeper understanding of our integrated supply chain capabilities, quality control system, and manufacturing resources. We will continue to strengthen cooperation with global customers by providing reliable steel pipe solutions, efficient project support, and professional services to meet diverse market requirements.
