Completion of Emergency Order from Middle East Long-term Customer in January 2026

In January 2026, we received an emergency order from a long-term Middle East customer, requiring the shipment of one 40ft container of steel pipes to Africa before the Spring Festival. We had only cooperated with this customer once before (for over 500 tons of inventory steel pipes).

During our first cooperation, we handled every detail meticulously with transparent information, confirming each step with the customer in a timely manner, which won their high recognition. Therefore, the customer contacted us immediately when they received the emergency order.

At that time, there were less than two weeks left before the company's holiday, but our company kept a regular inventory of over 30,000 tons, so the order volume was not a problem. This batch of steel pipes was used for the customer's project in Africa and needed to go through two strict inspection processes: specification and quality inspection after processing, and pre-sealing inspection at the port.

Relying on our company's integrated advantages of production, processing and logistics, we resolutely undertook the order and efficiently promoted various tasks.

We coordinated with the processing department to complete spraying and packaging as required, arranged TUV inspection in advance, and the customer gave the release after the inspection was qualified. Subsequently, we simultaneously coordinated BV inspection and dispatched logistics, improved the labels in accordance with African import requirements, and successfully passed the second inspection.

Finally, the goods were safely sealed, and we seamlessly connected all links to complete the delivery. The customer highly recognized our company's resource coordination and inter-departmental cooperation capabilities, included our company in its first-tier supplier list, and laid a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.
