Our company has once again demonstrated its manufacturing credibility in the Indian market with the successful completion of a rigorous online factory audit for a new Indian client on June 10, 2026. The three-hour virtual inspection not only showcased our operational excellence but also resulted in a coupling stock supply contract signed on June 23 – just thirteen days after the audit – adding another valued partner to our growing list of Indian customers.
In the leadup to the audit, the client submitted a comprehensive checklist covering 32 categories of reports and documentation, including quality management records, equipment calibration certificates, production process controls, and personnel qualifications. Our dedicated team compiled and delivered all required materials well before the deadline, ensuring complete transparency and full traceability across every stage of our operations.
On June 10, the audit was conducted via a live video conference, allowing the client's technical experts to interact directly with our onsite engineers and operators in real time. The inspection focused on four critical areas:
1.Reheating Furnace & Pipe Rolling Line – The client observed temperature uniformity, heating cycles, and rolling speed controls, verifying our ability to produce pipes with consistent dimensions and superior surface finish.
2.Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Facilities – We demonstrated ultrasonic and eddy-current testing procedures on actual samples, complete with calibration records and defect-detection sensitivity data, confirming our rigorous quality assurance standards.
3.Heat Treatment Workshop – The client reviewed our quenching and tempering processes, including furnace zoning, soaking durations, and cooling curves, all of which comply with internationally recognized mechanical property requirements.
4. In-House Testing Laboratory – Our lab technicians performed tensile, hardness, and metallographic tests live on camera, sharing instant readouts and crossreferencing them with our ISO 17025-accredited protocols.
Throughout the session, our team responded promptly to every technical query, provided supplementary video footage of off-camera equipment, and presented maintenance logs, shift records, and training certifications upon request. The client's auditors particularly appreciated our realtime data acquisition systems and the professional responsiveness of our production personnel.
The audit concluded with overwhelmingly positive feedback from the client, who praised our disciplined workflow, transparent communication, and technical competence. That confidence translated into action within days: on June 23, 2026, we formally signed a contract for the supply of coupling stock – marking the beginning of a promising commercial relationship with this new Indian partner.
“This audit was far more than a compliance exercise – it was a live demonstration of our manufacturing strength and team synergy,” said Leon, Manager of our company. “We are proud to have earned another Indian client's trust through a virtual platform, and we look forward to delivering products that consistently exceed their expectations.”
The successful audit reinforces our long-standing commitment to international quality standards and our proven ability to win customer confidence – whether through on-site visits or remote assessments. As we gear up for initial production, we remain focused on continuous improvement and customer-centric service, further strengthening our foothold in the Indian market.
