Shandong Huayuan Chengda Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is making steady progress on the construction of its No. 2 production workshop. The new facility is designed for the production of cold-drawn seamless steel pipes, with a focus on small-diameter products to further expand manufacturing capabilities and enrich the product portfolio. At present, the equipment foundations have been largely completed, and the main production equipment is scheduled to arrive by the end of this month.
Equipment installation and commissioning are expected to begin next month, with trial production planned for August. Following the official startup of the new workshop, the production line will gradually enter stable operation through continuous optimization over the coming year. The completion of this project marks another important step in enhancing production capacity, improving manufacturing efficiency, and providing more comprehensive seamless steel pipe solutions for customers worldwide.
